July and August Farmers Market

Since its beginning, the Berkeley Springs Farmers Market has been dedicated to getting the freshest of local food from the producer to the public. The Sunday Market is usually filled with happy shoppers and happy vendors. But the Thursday Market has languished, dropping down to only one vendor.

The Berkeley Springs Farmers Market Committee made the very difficult decision to suspend the Thursday Market for 2016. The tiny budget of this nonprofit organization cannot sustain that operation this year. Hopefully, new funding will be available for an expanded Market in 2017.

In addition, independent vendors may offer farm stand fresh produce this summer.

Please contact the BSFM Committee with questions and concerns. 304-258-8400 and leave a message.
